Longevity FAQ

Questions, answered.

How much does it cost, and are labs included?+
Longevity programs start at $109/month on the best-value 52-week plan (4-week tiers from $95–$149). Every plan includes unlimited clinician messaging and labs at no additional cost through Quest or Labcorp. Cancel anytime from your member portal.
What does NAD+ actually do?+
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production and DNA repair. Levels decline with age. Supplementing NAD+ is studied for benefits in energy, cognitive function, and cellular health. Ascenva offers injection, nasal spray, and oral dropper formats so you can pick what fits your routine.
What's the difference between Sermorelin and HGH?+
Sermorelin is a growth-hormone-releasing peptide — it signals your body to produce its own growth hormone naturally. Synthetic HGH replaces the hormone directly. Sermorelin works with your body's natural feedback loops, which most clinicians consider a gentler approach to supporting energy and sleep as you age.
Can I stack treatments — like NAD+ with Sermorelin?+
Yes. Many members run NAD+ for cognitive/energy support alongside Sermorelin for energy and sleep support, or with B12 MIC for fat metabolism. Your clinician will help determine appropriate combinations for your goals and history.
Are labs required?+
Labs are recommended but not required for most longevity programs. When you do choose to run labs, they're covered by your Ascenva membership through Quest or Labcorp at no extra cost.
Is Methylene Blue safe?+
Methylene Blue has a long history of use in medicine. At low doses, it has been explored for cognitive support and mitochondrial function. It can interact with certain medications (especially SSRIs) — your Ascenva clinician will screen for interactions before prescribing.
