Your clinician selects from semaglutide injections, tirzepatide injections, sublingual oral formulations, and gentler microdosing programs — based on your goals, history, and side-effect profile.
Personalized care — 5 dosing levels
Personalized care — dual GLP-1/GIP
Personalized care — sublingual ODT
Microdosing programs combine low-dose GLP-1 with co-formulated NAD+, L-Carnitine, B12, and other targeted nutrients. Broader eligibility (BMI 20+), fewer side effects, and built for sustainable change — not dramatic loss.
Your Ascenva clinician selects from ten distinct compounded GLP-1 formulations, each engineered for a specific medical indication. Tell us what you're working with — we'll match you to the right one.

For our GLP-1 weight loss program, eligibility is generally BMI ≥27, or BMI ≥25 with a weight-related comorbidity. Ages 18–74 to start treatment (patients may continue past 74 based on clinical evaluation). Our Microdosing program has broader eligibility at BMI ≥20.
All final eligibility decisions are made by your licensed clinician based on your full medical history.
Semaglutide is a single-receptor GLP-1 agonist with average weight loss of ~14.9% over 1 year in clinical studies. Tirzepatide is a dual-receptor GLP-1/GIP agonist showing higher average loss of ~20.9% in studies. Tirzepatide tends to deliver stronger results but is priced higher. Your clinician will recommend based on your goals, history, and tolerance.
Wegovy and Ozempic contain semaglutide. Zepbound and Mounjaro contain tirzepatide. Ascenva's personalized formulations use the same active ingredients (semaglutide and tirzepatide), but our compounded versions are personalized by U.S. licensed pharmacies to your medical needs. They are not the same product as the branded medications, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, constipation, and diarrhea — particularly during initial dosing and titration. Most resolve as your body adjusts. Your clinician can prescribe ondansetron for nausea if needed.
Serious but rare side effects include thyroid tumors, pancreatitis, and gallbladder issues. Do not use if you or your family have a history of medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). See full safety information below.
Pricing starts at $149/month for our 52-week Microdosing program and $179/month for Semaglutide on the same plan. Shorter commitments are available at $179–$339 for the 4-week tier. All medication, clinician access, and labs are included.
