  • Compounded for your indication 10 distinct formulations targeting muscle preservation, side-effect mitigation, cognitive support, and more.
  • Unlimited clinician messaging Both async and live video — no surprise bills, no rationed visits. As often as you need it.
  • Labs included, not extra CMP, TSH, lipids, A1c at baseline and 12-month intervals. Covered by your membership.
  • Cancel anytime, no contracts Cash-pay, transparent pricing. Pause or cancel from your portal at any time.
Frequently Asked

Questions, answered.

Most telehealth companies dispense the same branded medication to every patient. Ascenva works with U.S. licensed compounding pharmacies to create personalized formulations matched to your specific medical needs, goals, and side-effect profile. Our clinicians can choose from 10 distinct GLP-1 formulations alone — targeting muscle preservation, mental acuity, hormonal regulation, and more.

Ascenva is a cash-pay service — we don't bill insurance directly. However, we accept FSA and HSA payments for eligible treatments, and our flat-rate pricing is often lower than insurance copays for comparable medications. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Ascenva personalized formulations are compounded medications prepared by U.S. state-licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are not the same as, nor generic versions of, any FDA-approved drug, and their safety and efficacy have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA. All compounding pharmacies we partner with are state-licensed and follow USP standards and applicable regulations.

Most assessments are reviewed within 24 hours. If your clinician approves treatment, medication ships from a partner pharmacy and typically arrives within 1–4 days. From quiz to first dose averages 5–7 days for most members.

Yes, at any time, for any reason. Cancel directly from your member portal. Refunds are available for any month where medication has not yet been ordered. There are no contracts and no penalties for pausing or canceling.
