Our cancellation and refund policy, including when refunds are available for consultation fees, subscriptions, and medications.
This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into and forms a part of the Ascenva Labs Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use. All sales are final except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.
Ascenva Labs operates on a subscription model that includes fees for both clinical evaluation by a licensed provider and (where prescribed) ongoing medication. Subscription fees may be charged at the time of enrollment to initiate the clinical evaluation. No prescription medications are dispensed or shipped until a licensed clinician has evaluated you and determined that treatment is medically appropriate.
For patient safety, federal and state pharmacy laws, and to maintain the integrity of the medication supply, medications that have been shipped from the pharmacy cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed. Once a prescription is filled and shipped, it is considered final sale.

To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of the original charge:
Please include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting information (photos of damaged shipments, etc.).
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account, and we may pursue collection of amounts legitimately owed.
Ascenva Labs services are cash-pay and are not billed to insurance. We do not guarantee that any amounts paid are eligible for reimbursement by insurance, HSA/FSA, or otherwise. Receipts are available in your patient account for your records.
Promotional pricing, introductory discounts, and referral credits are subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer. Refunds on promotional purchases are limited to the actual amount paid.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted to the Website and, where required by law, communicated to you directly. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
