Accessibility Statement

We're committed to making our website and services accessible to people of all abilities, working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance.

Effective: June 5, 2026  ·  Last updated: June 5, 2026

Our commitment: Ascenva Labs is committed to making our website and services accessible to people with disabilities. We are working to meet or exceed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

Our accessibility goals

We want every person to be able to access personalized telehealth care, regardless of ability. To that end, our website is designed with the following accessibility principles in mind:

  • Perceivable: information and interface components are presented in ways users can perceive — including support for screen readers, sufficient color contrast, and resizable text.
  • Operable: the interface can be operated using a keyboard, with clear focus indicators and logical tab order.
  • Understandable: content is written in plain language wherever possible, and navigation behaves consistently across pages.
  • Robust: content can be interpreted reliably by current and future assistive technologies.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as well as applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As we add features, redesign sections, or partner with new providers, we test for accessibility and make corrections where needed. We welcome feedback that helps us improve.

Known limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, there may be areas where we have not yet met every WCAG criterion. Specifically, third-party content (such as embedded videos or integrated tools from partners like OpenLoop Health) may have varying levels of accessibility. We are working with partners to address these gaps.

How to report an accessibility issue
