Our accessibility goals

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as well as applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As we add features, redesign sections, or partner with new providers, we test for accessibility and make corrections where needed. We welcome feedback that helps us improve.

Known limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, there may be areas where we have not yet met every WCAG criterion. Specifically, third-party content (such as embedded videos or integrated tools from partners like OpenLoop Health) may have varying levels of accessibility. We are working with partners to address these gaps.
